We are dedicated to making you happy. We carry over 1500 scents and understand that is a lot to choose from. We will help make the search for your favorite scents as easy as possible.

We are currently recieving extremely high call volume. As a result, it is likely that the voicemail will pick up. We recommend email as we can answer emails much faster. You can always check the status of an order simply by logging into your account.

Retail Info

Exchanges

We are so confident that you will love our fragrance products that we are willing to exchange any fragrance product if returned to us within 7 days. Just simply email us and we will give you an Authorized return number so that you may ship back the unused product(s). Any shipments sent to us without an Authorized return number affixed to the outside of the package, will simply be refused and sent back to you. This also applies to any returns made with an expired number. All ARNs expire 7 days from the date the number is given. It is the customers responsibilty to get the return to us within that time. All products must be received in the condition it left us. If we believe the products have been tampered with, we will NOT grant an exchange. Exchanges will be given in the form of store credit. We will not be responsible for any Shipping or COD charges.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our produtcs and the fact that everything is made to order, there will be absolutely no refunds. We recommend that first time cutomers buy the smallest size possble in order to try our products. Our products under-go an extensive quality control process so you can be assured that you will receive top quality products from The Scent Wizard! *Please note that there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies.

Shipping Info

We Ship Worldwide. Just select the method of shipping when placing an order and the shopping cart will automatically figure out the cost. We have many shipping options available. Please note that these options only reflect the time the package is in transit and in no way effects the time it takes to leave our warehouse. We would also like to inform those of you who use the PRIORITY MAIL option that our local Post Office has decided that they no longer will scan pick up packages in. This means that you most likely will not see any tracking information on your tracking number until it reaches YOUR Post Office. This in no way means that the package has not shipped. You will still recieve it, but we ask that you please not contact us regarding the lack of information on the tracking number until it has been at least 5 business days. Please also note that Prioirty Mail is a standard service and is NOT considered an expedited shipping method so it will in no way affect the processing time. As of July, 2007, ALL shipments will require a signature release. Please note that if a package is returned to us due to the shipping company not being able to obtain a signature, we will require additional shipping in order to resend it. If in the event you choose to cancel the order, you will NOT be refunded the shipping and you will be responsible for the 10.00 or 15% (whichever is greater)cancellation fee.

Cancellations-

If you cancel your order you will be charged $10.00 or 15% (whichever is greater) of your total order for restocking. We do not think it is fair to raise the price for everyone to cover the cost of cancellations. If the order has shipped already then your shipping charges will not be refunded. Once an order has been delivered it cannot be cancelled. div>

Limitation of Liability
The Scent Wizard shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if The Scent Wizard has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a The Scent Wizard product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Scent Wizard reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Scent Wizard reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Scent Wizard shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Scent Wizard without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

The Scent Wizard may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to The Scent Wizard.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of The Scent Wizard products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of The Scent Wizard products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. The Scent Wizard's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
